Formación

Responsabilidades

• Analizar datos sobre el rendimiento de calidad y crear informes estadísticos.
• Proporcionar retroalimentación a los evaluadores y participar en la creación de materiales de capacitación.
• Asistir a reuniones con los interesados según sea necesario.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Welocalize is looking for a Spanish (Mexico) speaker in Mexico to support our client's project as a Junior Quality Coordinator.

MAIN DUTIES

You will serve as the junior coordinator for our Search Quality Rater project.

Your responsibilities include completing tasks in Spanish (Mexico) and English (US).

The following outlines some of the responsibilities and areas of ownership for the Junior Quality Coordinator:

Performance Analysis

• Analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Complete internal assessments.
• Provide feedback on blind test ranges and team queries.
• Support raters through ad-hoc training and guidance on best practices and client expectations.
• Flag raters exhibiting behavioral concerns.
• Analyze root cause analyses (RCAs) provided by resources and seek clarifications when necessary.

Training and Support

• Participate in creating and reviewing new training materials, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and others.

Analytics, Reporting, Knowledge, and Asset Management

• Track and analyze relevant data.

Communication

• Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed, with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Monitor raters’ queries.

Other

• Perform other program-specific tasks necessary to achieve OKRs.

Project Details

• Location: Remote, based in Mexico
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Start date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in Spanish (Mexico)
• Strong understanding of English
• Reside in Mexico
• Knowledge of Mexican popular culture
• Focus solely on the 'Search Quality rating program' and not other rating programs
• No current or previous experience with 'Ads quality rating'
• Be the only household member working as a 'Search Quality Rater'
• Web-savvy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent online research skills
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Reliable anti-virus software for safe web surfing
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to client standards
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Pass required training modules and quality tests prior to starting
