MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Welocalize is looking for a Spanish (Mexico) speaker in Mexico to support our client's project as a Junior Quality Coordinator.

MAIN DUTIES

You will serve as the junior coordinator for our Search Quality Rater project.

Your responsibilities will include tasks in both Spanish (Mexico) and English (US).

The following outlines some of the responsibilities and areas of ownership for the Junior Quality Coordinator:

Performance Analysis

• Analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Complete internal assessments.
• Provide feedback on blind test ranges and team queries.
• Support raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
• Identify raters exhibiting behavioral concerns.
• Analyze RCAs provided by resources and seek clarifications as needed.

Training and Support

• Participate in creating and reviewing training materials, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and others.

Analytics, Reporting, Knowledge, and Asset Management

• Track and analyze data.

Communication

• Attend stakeholder meetings with support from Quality Coordinators.
• Monitor raters’ queries.

Other

• Perform other program-specific tasks to achieve OKRs.

Project Details

• Location: Remote, Mexico-based
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Start date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico)
• Strong understanding of English
• Must be located in Mexico
• Strong understanding of Mexican popular culture
• Dedicated solely to the "Search Quality rating program" and not other rating programs
• No current or previous experience with "Ads quality rating"
• Be the only household member working as a "Search Quality Rater"
• Web-savvy and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent online research skills
• Reliable computer system and internet connection
• Reliable anti-virus software for web surfing
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to client’s rules and conventions
• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
• Pass required training modules and quality tests designed by the client
