Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a dedicated cleaning professional to maintain school facilities with attention to detail and safety. The role covers general cleaning, restroom upkeep, surface disinfection, and periodic deep-cleaning tasks, in a collaborative school environment.

You will operate vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning tools, reporting issues to the supervisor while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, basic literacy and numeracy helpful.
• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred, especially in school/childcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, windowsills, and fixtures.
• Empty and sanitize waste bins and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and restroom fixtures.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches).
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks (carpets, windows, floor stripping and waxing).
• Use cleaning equipment properly and report malfunctions.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and PPE.
