Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Strategy & Enrollment Management: Develop and implement admissions strategies across both campuses to support institutional enrollment objectives and respond to the specific needs of each location.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and develop the admissions teams across both campuses, establishing clear expectations, performance objectives, and professional development opportunities.
  • Prospective Student Journey: Oversee the end-to-end admissions journey, ensuring prospective students and families receive a consistent, timely, personalized, and high-quality experience.
  • Admissions Operations: Ensure consistent and effective admissions processes, policies, systems, and standards across both campuses, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enrollment Performance: Monitor admissions activity, conversion rates, pipeline progression, and enrollment results, using data and insights to identify trends, address challenges, and drive performance.
  • Campus Alignment & Collaboration: Work closely with campus leadership and key academic, marketing, finance, and student services teams to ensure admissions priorities are aligned with broader institutional goals.
  • Recruitment & Relationship Management: Support and oversee recruitment initiatives, events, school/community partnerships, and other activities designed to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Data, Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate admissions data and provide regular reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to admissions practices, systems, communication, and the prospective student experience across both campuses.
  • Standards, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure admissions activities are conducted in accordance with institutional policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Coordinate staffing, workloads, resources, and priorities across both campuses to ensure effective coverage and consistent service delivery.
  • Cross-Campus Consistency: Establish shared best practices and promote collaboration between campuses while allowing flexibility to address each campus's unique enrollment priorities and market needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Training in customer service or sales.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, sales, customer experience, or a related field, preferably within education.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, with responsibility for achieving performance and enrollment targets.
  • Experience managing admissions or enrollment operations across multiple locations, campuses, teams, or markets is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the prospective student journey from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Experience using data, reporting, and performance metrics to monitor results, identify trends, and inform admissions strategies.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment, conversion, and enrollment strategies.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with prospective students, families, schools, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with academic, marketing, finance, and campus leadership teams.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
  • Experience driving process improvement and implementing consistent standards and practices across teams or locations.
