A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The role involves coordinating product shipments and managing customer orders using SAP. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in Lean Manufacturing, and strong analytical skills. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in advanced English.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate accurate and efficient product shipments to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor and manage all customer orders using SAP (manual and EDI).

• Transmit ASN (Advance Shipping Notices) as needed for shipments.

• Maintain continuous communication with customers, addressing urgent needs and expediting countermeasures.

• Analyze demand adherence, ensuring compliance with shipping schedules and reporting.

• Correct scheduling plans (accumulated quantities, transit balances, ASN/receipt verifications).

• Negotiate delays and pending orders with internal teams to align delivery plans.

Your Profile

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering with 2 years of related experienceor may substitute educational requirements with a demonstrated track record of success.

Experience

• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Computer skills with advanced knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Power Point, etc.
• Experience with Power BI and analytical reporting will be an advantage.
• Ability to collect and process information, graphically illustrate information using graphs and tables,present data to management and interested parties.
