Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role provides support to the field fleet teams, requiring proactive work and quick stakeholder alerts. It involves administering the Fleet Fuel card program for FLNA, including process optimization, automation, scorecarding, financial reporting, KPI report generation, and issue resolution.

Your Impact

As SC Transformation Sr Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Automating processes to reduce time and standardize work across sectors
  • Implementing improvements to increase productivity
  • Collaborating on high-impact projects with multidisciplinary teams
  • Analyzing daily activities to identify trends and suggest business improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records of cardholders
  • Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing daily, weekly, and period reports
  • Proactively tracking and alerting on card usage concerns
  • Creating and maintaining scorecards and dashboards
  • Enhancing processes to boost Fuel card program productivity
  • Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, adjusting as needed
  • Leading project execution in the reporting area
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations, Engineering, or similar

Experience

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Tableau
  • Coding experience (Python)
  • Database management knowledge
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
  • 1-3 years of project management experience
