Responsibilities

The Opportunity

LatAm GBS (Global Business Services) FP&A COGS Chile – SoCo supports the coordination of a world-class GBS FP&A COGS control, prepares, maintains, and analyzes the COGS model, monthly forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan for the SoCo region. Provides visibility to Chile FP&A senior leadership. Coordinates standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across the region to create efficiencies. Helps ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams with a customer service mindset.

Your Impact

As SC Fin Analyst, your responsibilities would include:

• Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing COGS of Chile, actual & forecast, coordinated with FP&A team.
• Supporting COGS AOP build-up.
• Supporting the planning, implementation, and development of LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring excellence in deliverables (on time, mistake-free) meeting SLAs.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure a business partner relationship.
• Developing cross-divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to effect broad-based continuous improvements.
• Promoting and adhering to GBS ways of working, culture, and values.
• Proactively initiating, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations.
