Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is responsible for leading the development of integration between client, business unit, and the Supply Chain of concentrates to support the production requirements planning process, managing sales forecasting, receipt of orders, and monitoring client requirements and concerns. It ensures compliance with established service agreements to maintain an efficient process regarding product availability. It also involves collaborating on continuous improvement planning, service, and communication with customers, and identifying opportunities to add value to the extended supply chain.

Your Impact

As SC Cust Svc Supervisor, your responsibilities would include:

  • Reception and consolidation of forecasting from clients
  • Monitoring release times and completing orders
  • Keeping updated directories of customers and contacts
  • Maintaining an up-to-date catalog of products and active components
  • Monitoring performance and control of sales products
  • Delivering productivity presentations
  • Following up on new products
  • Supporting corporate programs
  • Visiting customers to design plans, proposals, and tracking feedback and claims
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to the supply chain
  • Monitoring demand and inventory
  • Tracking and updating forecasts
  • Controlling and reducing product obsolescence
  • Preparing monthly sales reports
  • Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels and designing action plans with bottlers
  • Executing S&OP meetings

Sales & Distribution

  • Supporting sales order processes
  • Ensuring new items are processed in the system
  • Supporting updates and changes
  • Maintaining communication with IT for billing processes
  • Monitoring credit availability to prevent process interruptions

Quality

  • Handling complaints from bottlers, follow-up, and action plan implementation
  • Providing feedback on action plans
  • Ensuring support related to technical directions from DC to BU and customers for product quality issues
  • Knowledge of SAP, especially for new product data management

Innovation Lead

  • Managing CTP processes, inventory analysis, and risk assessments
  • Participating in innovation meetings
  • Reviewing new formulas and providing feedback
  • Communicating innovation calendars and tracking KPI performance
  • Managing data entry and documentation for new products

Productivity Support

  • Analyzing productivity projects in DC processes
  • Managing Kaizen methodology
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams for productivity improvements
  • Communicating and implementing productivity projects

Demand Planning

  • Administering sales forecast templates in SAP
  • Supporting customer service and data administration
  • Participating in quarterly financial forecasts and KPI reporting
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education: International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

Experience: Leadership, interpersonal skills, English (80%), supply chain concepts, global sourcing, customs, forecast and demand planning, distribution, new product introduction, procurement, negotiation, customer service, financial evaluation, MRP & DRP, ERP systems, project management, and office software.
