Formación

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position will support the ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning) Team for Frito-Lay US, focusing on ensuring optimal product flow, order quantity, and daily add/cut requests to meet service metrics. Key systems include SAP R7 ECC, SAP Hana, and DRP (Frito-Lay planning system).

Your Impact

As SC Associate Analyst, your functions include:

• Key supply chain planning activities such as reviewing fill rate risks, consolidating requests, and executing daily add/cut requests.
• Participating in daily and weekly service calls with Distribution Centers (DCs) and Plants.
• Identifying service trends and developing action plans to address gaps.
• Providing training to others to build team capacity.
• Executing ad hoc assignments as needed.
• Monitoring key service metrics including fill rate, inventory days on hand, and mod void performance.
• Collaborating with HQ supply chain to improve system, tools, and process health.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning, familiarity with SAP preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary.
• Willing to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting preferred.
