Formación

Your responsibilities

SBL Analytics Manager, leads high-performing team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive business performance. This role is responsible for guiding data analysis, creating reporting frameworks, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic decision-making through data.

1. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and data analysts to ensure high performance and professional growth.

2. Analytics Strategy: Design and implement analytical frameworks to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement across service groups, Sales & service areas of SBL

3. Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer relations, Service line management, Order execution, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

4. Data Interpretation: Deliver clear, compelling, and actionable insights using dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.

5. Tool & Model Development: Oversee the development of dashboards, forecasting models, and performance tracking tools using PowerBI

6. Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistent definitions across all reporting and analysis efforts.

7. Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

8. Performance Measurement: Track KPIs and provide insights to support continuous improvement, customer experience, and profitability initiatives.

What we look for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

2. 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.

3. Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics / visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Python).

3. Deep understanding of business KPIs, performance metrics, and data storytelling.

4. Proven experience managing cross-functional analytics projects.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to all levels of employees
