Introduction

Join a global SAP support team focused on Accounts Payable and Invoice Management, where you will help ensure the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of critical finance processes. You will provide functional support for OpenText VIM, invoice processing, tax validation, and LATAM compliance integrations, collaborating with business and technical teams to resolve incidents, optimize processes, and deliver reliable solutions that support day‑to‑day operations across the organization. Based on the role alignment discussed during the intake, the primary focus is on support, troubleshooting, configuration, and continuous improvement rather than project implementation or deployment activities.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Providing functional support for end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice configuration, tax setup, OpenText VIM administration, and LATAM electronic invoicing compliance.
• The role also supports government‑mandated tax validation processes and integrations with platforms such as SOVOS and EDICOM, ensuring reliable and compliant invoice processing operations across the region.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience delivering and supporting end‑to‑end OpenText VIM solutions in large‑scale, high‑volume enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM electronic invoicing, tax validation, and regulatory compliance, particularly across Mexico, Peru, and Argentina.
• Expertise integrating and supporting compliance platforms such as SOVOS and EDICOM for government‑mandated invoice and tax validation processes.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and OpenText VIM, including solution design, configuration, and support.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, Invoice Management, and related finance business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and supportable solutions.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end solution design and cross‑functional integration within SAP environments.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
