Syntax busca un consultor SAP SD OTC experimentado para respaldar iniciativas de transformación end-to-end Order-to-Cash en clientes empresariales. Colaborarás en el diseño, configuración y optimización de procesos de SAP SD, trabajando con interesados para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la experiencia del cliente.

Este puesto requiere experiencia sólida en SAP SD, capacidad para analizar requisitos y trabajar en un entorno que introduce IA y automatización en procesos OTC.

Formación

• Experiencia prática como consultor SAP SD OTC.
• Experiencia en procesos end-to-end Order-to-Cash en grandes empresas.
• Conocimientos de SAP SD: órdenes de venta, precios, entrega, facturación y gestión de crédito.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, configurar, probar y desplegar SAP SD OTC.
• Analizar procesos actuales y traducir requisitos en soluciones SAP.
• Colaborar con equipos para mejorar gestión de pedidos, precios, facturación y cumplimiento.

Job Summary

Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. In this role, you will help design, configure, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution processes while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and process automation. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP SD OTC expertise with a forward-looking mindset toward AI-enabled business processes, intelligent automation, and modern delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP SD OTC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.


• Analyze current-state business processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.


• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer fulfillment processes.


• Support integration points across SAP modules and connected enterprise systems.


• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support as needed.


• Contribute to business process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


• Support testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.


• Document functional designs, process flows, and solution decisions clearly and consistently.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements within OTC processes.


• Help evaluate how AI-driven tools can improve order processing, exception handling, forecasting insights, and service responsiveness.


• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align client expectations.


• Work in a consultative manner to provide practical recommendations and support successful adoption of new solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD OTC Consultant.


• Proven experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in enterprise environments.


• Solid understanding of SAP SD core functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.


• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing and implementation efforts.


• Ability to work effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.


• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience supporting project lifecycles in consulting, implementation, or managed services environments.


• Familiarity with process improvement concepts, automation opportunities, and data-driven decision-making.


• Comfort working in environments where AI, analytics, or intelligent automation are part of the transformation agenda.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and modern OTC process design.


• Exposure to integrated business processes involving finance, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.


• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, or intelligent process improvement initiatives.


• Experience contributing to AI-enabled transformation programs or digital innovation efforts.


• Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and KPI-driven process management.


• Experience in global, multi-country, or highly regulated enterprise environments.


• An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


• SAP certification in SD, S/4HANA, or related functional areas is an advantage.


• Additional certifications in business process management, project delivery, cloud, analytics, or AI-related disciplines are a plus.
