Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr Procurement & ERP Project Specialist to lead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA procurement integrations, supporting acquisitions and ERP transformations.

The role functions as a strategic advisor for procurement integration, data governance, and deployment standardization across SAP platforms, partnering with IT, finance, and business leadership to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• +7 years of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement experience, including acquisitions and ERP deployments.
• Proficient English communication.
• Documented S4 HANA integration (last 3 years).
• Availability to travel.
• Strong project and program management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale global ERP deployments with integration standards.
• Strong knowledge of procurement master data governance and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement-related SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integrations and ERP transformations.
• Establish governance for data standards, stewardship, migration strategy, and control frameworks.
• Drive S2P and P2P harmonization across SAP, Ariba, Basware, and related platforms.
• Act as trusted advisor to procurement, IT, finance, audit, compliance, and leadership.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders to ensure adoption and compliance.
