Your role and responsibilities

As a SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation and upgrade projects across various modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
3. Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope, using industry-standard methodologies such as ASAP, SAP Activate, or Agile.
4. Overseeing the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring quality and compliance with business and technical requirements.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to travel weekly to Tijuana

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA
