A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced professional to join their Process Solution Team in San Luis Potosí. The candidate should have at least 3 years of SAP WM experience and a strong background in warehouse management solutions. Key responsibilities include driving digital transformation initiatives and providing training and support to users worldwide. Excellent English skills and a degree in Engineering or IT are required.

Job Description

Our global expert network develops, deploys and supports cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector with outstanding user friendliness. We strive for lean processes and best in class standards and we are in the middle of the digital transformation for Bosch Mobility including the move to SAP S/4.

Note: The following responsibilities describe the role.

• As a member of the global Process Solution Team, you will be required to use your skills and knowledge in the area of Intralogistics-to-Demand, covering all logistics execution processes in our SAP ERP.
• You will be part of the global team to drive our digital transformation projects to successful rollout implementations.
• You will coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, the Process Managers and the IT departments.
• Part of your work also entails the training and the support of our key users worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of functional experience with SAP WM and the interface processes to the connected process areas – including but not limited to deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management and user support and training. (with good knowledge in R3 and willing to learn EWM and S4)
• Good competence concerning warehouse management solutions in automotive industry
• Ability to coordinate a larger number of requirements and project activities, considering schedules and priorities
• Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
• Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor degree, completed studies in Engineering, Information Technology or comparable.
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to travel

Additional Information

• The position can be in the cities of Toluca, Celaya, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí, Guadalajara, Ciudad Juarez.
