Dematic Corporation is seeking an experienced SAP Output Management Administrator to support and maintain the enterprise-wide print and output infrastructure within KION Group IT. You will manage SAP output systems including LRS VPSX, CUPS, and Plossys, ensuring reliable document delivery for invoices, delivery notes, and reports.

You will collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and functional teams, configure routing rules, and support go-lives, migrations, and upgrades while maintaining

Formación

• 3+ years of SAP Output Management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise in LRS VPSX, CUPS, SAPSPrint and Plossys.
• Experience configuring SAP printing in SPAD.
• Knowledge of SAP spool processes, device types and access methods.
• Experience with SAPforms and document generation (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).
• Scripting and OS familiarity; Windows and Linux/Unix CLI tools.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP printing, ports, queues, SNMP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency C1/C2; German is a plus; CV in English.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support SAP Output Management tools (LRS VPSX, Plossys, CUPS).
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot output devices across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW).
• Monitor and resolve print failures, spool issues, and document output errors.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and Functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Implement and maintain output rules and distribution logic in SPAD.
• Manage and upgrade print servers and middleware (LRS VPSX, Plossys) and SAPSPrint.
• Define routing rules, printer queues, and failover configurations.
• Maintain data privacy and retention policies for output documents.
• Create and maintain SOPs for output-related processes.
• Support go-lives, migrations, and SAP upgrades regarding output processes.

Dematic/KION is looking for an experienced SAP Output Management Administrator as part of the Global Service SAP Authorization, Job Control & Output Management Team to support and maintain the enterprise-wide print and output infrastructure in KION Group IT. The role will focus on managing output systems integrated with SAP, including LRS VPSX, CUPS (Common UNIX Printing System), and Plossys. You will ensure reliable and efficient document and print delivery across the business, supporting both operational and project-based requirements.

What You Will Do in This Role:

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Administration and Support of SAP Output Management tools such as LRS VPSX, Plossys, and CUPS.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot output devices (SAP devices) across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
• Monitor and resolve print failures, spool issues, and document output errors.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and Functional teams to ensure seamless document delivery (invoices, delivery notes, reports, etc.).
• Implement and maintain output rules and distribution logic in SAP SPAD.
• Manage and upgrade print servers and middleware components (LRS VPSX, Plossys) and SAPSPrint.
• Define and maintain routing rules, printer queues, and failover configurations.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and retention policies for output documents.
• Create and maintain documentation and (SOPs) for output-related processes.
• Provide support for go-lives, migrations, and SAP upgrades regarding output processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Output Management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in LRS VPSX, CUPS, SAPSPrint and Plossys.
• Experience with SAP printing configuration in SPAD.
• Good understanding of SAP spool work processes, device types, and access methods.
• Experience with output types, form technologies (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and document generation.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix command-line tools and scripting for the Output Management Systems.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge (IP printing, ports, queues, SNMP, etc.).
• Good knowledge regarding Print Devices such as Laser and Label Printers.
• Knowledge of Printer Language such as PCL/PJL and ZPL (Zebra Printer Language).
• Ability to analyze logs and trace output issues across multiple layers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2). (German is a plus)
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% internationally.
