Zemsania Global Group, based in Mexico City, is looking for an experienced SAP Support Analyst specializing in Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in English at B2 level. Key responsibilities include providing support for SAP modules, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business users.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP support or consulting focused on SAP PP.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor control.
• B2 level of English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for SAP PP, MM, QM, and PLM modules.
• Troubleshoot issues related to BOM, Routings, Production Orders.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement SAP solutions.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP projects.
• Develop functional specifications and user documentation.
• Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
