Hubclub Go is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM SME to support manufacturing operations in Mexico. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA PP/QM, production planning, MRP, and quality management across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with production orders, shop‑floor execution, batch management, quality inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers a hybrid model with limited onsite presence in Ciudad Juárez.

Formación

• Hands-on SAP PP and QM expertise with S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Experience in MRP, production orders, shop-floor execution and confirmations.
• Familiarity with QM inspections, notifications, batch management and compliance.
• Knowledge of PP/QM integration with MM, WM/EWM, OTC, and FICO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA PP/QM processes for manufacturing operations.
• Manage production planning, demand management, MRP, production orders and shop-floor control.
• Support QM workflows including inspections, notifications, batch management and quality compliance.
• Enable Mobile Data Entry (MDE) and streamlined delivery processes across production and logistics.
• Ensure PP/QM integration with MM, WM/EWM, OTC and finance modules; drive cutover and hypercare.

SAP PP/QM SME

Location: Mexico

Work Mode: Hybrid – Remote with 2 days per month onsite in Ciudad Juárez

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM SME with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to support manufacturing operations in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across production planning, MRP, production orders, shop‑floor execution, batch management, quality inspections, quality notifications, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA PP/QM processes for manufacturing operations.
• Manage production planning, demand management, MRP, production orders, shop‑floor control, and production confirmations.
• Support QM processes including quality inspections, quality notifications, batch management, and quality compliance.
• Support Mobile Data Entry (MDE) and simplified push delivery processes across production, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Work with mobile solutions for real‑time production confirmations, inventory movements, material staging, and delivery execution.
• Ensure integration of PP/QM with MM, WM/EWM, OTC, FICO, and logistics processes.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, logistics, and business teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support process standardization, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PP and QM.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, production orders, shop‑floor execution, and production confirmations.
• Experience with SAP QM inspections, notifications, and quality processes.
• Experience with Mobile Data Entry (MDE) and manufacturing/logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of PP/QM integration with MM, WM/EWM, OTC, and FICO.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Manufacturing/automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
