Endava is looking for an experienced SAP IT Specialist in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP-related support tickets, conducting analysis, and ensuring resolution of incidents. A BA/BS degree and 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant role are essential.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience in an SAP-related IT role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration nodes related to materials management.
• Preferred experience supporting Oil and Gas, Process Industry, and/or Consumer Packaged Goods.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ServiceNow incident queues for assigned functional areas.
• Perform initial evaluation and triage of support tickets.
• Document analysis, actions taken, and resolution details.

Conocimientos

SAP Production Planning for Process Industries (PP/PI)

SAP Material Management processes

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with ServiceNow

Strong communication skills in English

Educación

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
