A leading company in payroll solutions seeks a 'Lead Consultant' experienced in SAP Payroll implementation. The role involves designing tailored solutions for clients, ensuring project success, and offers the opportunity for remote work and flexibility. Candidates should possess strong documentation skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
We are looking for a Lead Consultant with experience in SAP Payroll to design and implement solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Implement solutions using effective methodologies and specialized tools.
Lead planning workshops to gather client requirements.
Design and document functional solutions adapted to each project.
Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion to ensure successful integration.
Stay up to date with SAP products and their developments.
Configure SAP Payroll and ensure its proper functionality.
Coordinate with the project management team and other internal departments.
Conduct quality reviews of the client's system configuration.
Provide training and share knowledge with the implementation team.
Knowledge in SAP Payroll configuration and consulting (Mexican localization).
Proven experience in SAP Payroll consulting.
Strong documentation and functional analysis skills.
Fluent in Spanish and basic knowledge of English (not mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and collaboration to achieve group objectives.
