About the SAP Internship Experience Program

What you’ll do

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Schedule: 30 hours/week

Expected Start Date: July 2025

A Solution Support Intern will work independently within defined policies and processes, building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams within SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and improve collaboration channels like swarming and communities.
  • Contribute to team KPIs; require competence with various tools, procedures, and programming languages.
  • Develop technical skills such as reading code, debugging, and creating small corrections.
  • Test internal systems to prevent future customer issues.
  • Deliver core customer support, handle issues in team environments and individually, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer support cases across channels.
  • Provide industry-leading support experiences to end users and customers.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and documentation to support customers and colleagues.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer, proactive support, and incident prevention activities.
  • Stay curious and open to learning through daily tasks and training.
  • Support SAP's support transformation strategy and contribute to innovation projects.

What you bring

  • Enrolled in an academic/university program.
  • Proficient in English (B2 or above), fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is a bonus.
  • Technically proficient in at least one area.
  • Open to feedback, independent work ethic, positive influence on teams.
  • Understanding of Product Support Strategy.
  • Strong presentation, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguous situations and problem-solve.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of file manipulation, XML, JSON, APIs.
  • Driven to learn and grow.
