UST is seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management Functional Consultant to support a Mexico rollout in Mexicali. You will collaborate with procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and finance teams to deploy SAP S/4HANA and address local Mexico requirements.

Responsibilities include requirements workshops in Spanish, configuring MM processes, data migration, testing, cutover, and end-user training in Spanish. A strong SAP MM background and Mexico localization experience are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of SAP Materials Management experience.
• Strong SAP MM experience within SAP S/4HANA.
• At least one SAP implementation or S/4HANA rollout.
• Strong experience across procurement and inventory-management processes.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with PP, EWM, FI, and QM.
• Manufacturing-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and production support.
• Strong business-process and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Spanish: Fluent / Native-level; English: Conversational to professional proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct requirements and process-validation workshops with local Spanish-speaking users.
• Analyze current procurement, inventory, and materials-management processes.
• Configure and support SAP MM capabilities including: Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, Contracts and scheduling agreements, Source determination, Inventory management, Goods receipts and goods issues, Stock transfers, Subcontracting, Consignment, Material master, Vendor / Business Partner processes, Invoice-verification integration.
• Support integration between SAP MM, PP, EWM, FI, SD, and QM.
• Validate the global S/4HANA template against Mexicali business requirements.
• Identify and document local requirements and functional gaps.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms where necessary.
• Support material, vendor, purchasing, and inventory data migration.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios across functional and integrated processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance.
• Support end-user training in Spanish.
• Participate in cutover planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare.

You Are

UST is searching for an experienced SAP Materials Management Functional Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA rollout for a manufacturing operation in Mexicali, Mexico. The consultant will work closely with procurement, materials management, inventory, warehouse, production, and finance teams to deploy the S/4HANA solution and ensure that local Mexico business requirements are addressed.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

• 5+ years of SAP Materials Management experience
• Strong SAP MM experience within SAP S/4HANA
• At least one SAP implementation or S/4HANA rollout
• Strong experience across procurement and inventory-management processes
• Good understanding of SAP integration with PP, EWM, FI, and QM
• Manufacturing-industry experience strongly preferred

• Language Requirements:
• Spanish: Fluent / Native-level required
• English: Conversational to professional proficiency preferred
• Preferred:
• Previous SAP implementation experience in Mexico
• Experience with procurement and manufacturing supply-chain processes
• Exposure to Mexico-specific procurement, tax, or localization considerations is beneficial
• Experience working with global SAP rollout programs
