Westernacher Consulting in Mexico is seeking an experienced Sr. SAP MM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for international clients. You will design, configure, and deliver SAP MM solutions, lead workshops, and engage with clients on-site as needed.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate testing and cutover activities, and ensure successful delivery across the full implementation lifecycle. Strong English and travel willingness are required.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP MM.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, material master data, and purchasing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably across transformation or implementation projects.
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with SD, PP, FI/CO, WM/EWM.
• Experience with SAP MM configuration, functional specifications, testing, and end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Open-minded team spirit and ability to work in small and large teams.
• SAP MM certification is an asset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 40%-60% to client sites, including international travel.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP MM Consultant to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP MM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, leading customer workshops, and supporting projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with clients through on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects, with a focus on the SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
• Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP MM solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP MM, including preparation of functional documentation, solution designs, and test scenarios.
• Integrate SAP MM processes with other SAP modules, including SD, PP, FI/CO, and WM/EWM.
• Lead and facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and define solution approaches.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Support and coordinate testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect resolution, and validation.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and stabilization.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

To Join Our Team, You Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP MM.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, material master data, and purchasing.
• Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA, preferably across transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience participating in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, from requirements gathering and design through testing and go-live.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules, particularly SD, PP, FI/CO, and WM/EWM.
• Experience with SAP MM configuration, functional specifications, testing, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Open-minded team spirit and the ability to work effectively in both small local and large international teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants and contributing to team development.
• SAP MM certification is an asset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
• Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%-60% of the time to client sites, including international travel as required by the project.
