Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of professional experience with data and master data governance.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Torque, Salesforce, and MDG.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Master Data creation, maintenance, archiving, and governance with high data quality.
• Lead end-to-end process design and continuous improvement of Master Data processes.
• Support users and projects across Digital, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate performance metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
