Lead SAP ECC technical development and EDI/IDoc integrations. Remote role based in Mexico with daily collaboration with the U.S. We´re seeking a highly experienced SAP Technical Leader to join their global IT team and lead complex technical solutions and system integrations.

Location: Mexico — You'll be hired locally but report directly to the U.S.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the go-to technical expert in SAP ECC integrations (EDI/IDoc using AS2, SFTP).
• Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders and offshore developers to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Lead system releases and cutover planning for impactful SAP projects.
• Support reporting and analytics with SAP BOBJ, Qlik, Power BI or Tableau.
• Be a key player in defining and executing SAP’s technology roadmap.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of strong technical experience with SAP ECC (ABAP, integrations, middleware like Talend or Tibco).
• Deep understanding of SAP SD, MM, FI modules.
• Advanced English (daily interaction with U.S. stakeholders).
• Industry background in automotive or industrial equipment is a plus.

This role requires true technical leadership, strong system design expertise and deep SAP knowledge in dynamic, multinational environments.
