Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience with ERP systems, including 2 years as Product Owner or similar.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Certification in SAP Business One or relevant customizations experience.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Product Owner to lead digital transformation initiatives supporting Supply Chain and Operations for its Alliance Air business unit. This role will own the product vision and roadmap for SAP Business One, ensuring it effectively supports the operational needs of Alliance Air and aligns with broader organizational goals.

• Serve as the product owner for SAP Business One, with a dedicated focus on the Alliance Air business unit’s supply chain and operational functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory teams to gather requirements and define priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories and functional requirements for development and configuration teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning, testing, and release cycles in alignment with Agile practices.
• Optimize SAP B1 to support demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and order fulfillment processes.
• Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across the supply chain.
• Partner with functional leads, and external consultants to ensure solution design aligns with best practices and corporate digital strategy.

1. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Economics or similar is required
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Lead role.
3. Experience supporting ERP platforms in a discrete manufacturing or industrial products environment.
4. Working knowledge of WMS, EDI, or supply chain analytics platforms.
5. SAP Business One certification or relevant experience with customizations and integrations.
