Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP HR Consultant to lead implementation planning, configuration, and testing of Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits modules. You will work with clients to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver tailored HR solutions that drive business results.

Based in Mexico with hybrid work, you will collaborate with clients and IBM teams to implement packaged technology and provide post-implementation support for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules across implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Ability to integrate packaged technology into clients' environments to deliver business results.
• Exposure to consulting processes: planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and how they affect HR modules and payroll.
• Experience resolving configuration and functional HR payroll and benefits issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning and fit analysis for SAP HR modules.
• Configure and test SAP HR solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve configuration and functional issues in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Provide post-implementation support and client-facing collaboration.
• Work closely with clients to tailor solutions to business objectives.
