Formación

  • 5-10 años de experiencia en consultoría HRIS, especialmente en SAP HCM.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, particularmente en SAP / SuccessFactors.

What makes you a strong candidate:

  1. You are expert in HRIS and SAP Human Capital Management.
  2. You have 3+ years of experience in project management and SAP SuccessFactors.
  3. Spanish - Fully fluent.
  4. English - Conversational.

Responsibilities:
As an SAP HCM Project Manager, you will be involved in the management of integration projects, migrations, or third-party application maintenance in the various phases of implementation of our HRIS projects:
  1. Manage HRIS projects, and coordinate the work of the project team, the workload, and the budget allocated to the project.
  2. Manage projects from design to deployment of the solution.
  3. Guarantee the quality of the service rendered and the respect of the deadlines and costs of the project.
  4. Participate in corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance.
  5. Prepare and lead design workshops and meetings with users on topics of expertise.
  6. Assist and advise users and participate in the development of the use of the information system.
  7. Provide technical assistance to project stakeholders.
  8. Write training materials and application documentation.
  9. Conduct legal and social monitoring.

Your Profile:
  1. You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the HRIS consulting field and especially in SAP HCM.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in SAP / SuccessFactors, with associated follow-up (budget/workloads) and managing diverse teams.
  3. You enjoy leading, convincing, training and transmitting.
  4. Curious and passionate about new HRIS trends and practices, you are proactive and dynamic.
  5. You are comfortable with HRIS tools (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM ...), the Office Pack, and collaborative tools.
