A leading technology company is seeking an SAP S/4 Hana FIN CO Expert to support the rollout of their Trade Promotion Management solution in Mexico. Responsibilities include leading teams, automating financial processes, and collaborating with the central team for local presence. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and relevant financial expertise.

Formación

• Must have advanced knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and relevant financial modules.
• Experience with Trade Spend Accounting and Customer deductions essential.
• Ability to automate financial processes and report effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rollout teams with Fit Workshops and requirements collection.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and cut-over.
• Collaborate with central Rollout Team for local support.

Introduction

Roll Out Support in Mexico for Henkel account:

Response for Henkel for the rollout of their Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution they build on SAP BTP to Eastern Europe, Asia incl. China and LATAM (beginning of 2026) for their consumer business.

The rollout partner will be only leading the rollout teams with Fit Workshops, requirements collections and specifications, support UAT, Cut-over etc..

Henkel will own the solution and perform the further developments.

They also requested some local presence in Mexico and Columbia to support in local language, working with the central Rollout Team

Response for Henkel for the rollout of their Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution they build on SAP BTP to LATAM (beginning of 2026) for their consumer business

Required technical and professional expertise

MUST HAVE Skills:

• AP/AR TPM Flow: Configure promotional accruals, customer deductions, vendor claim settlements
• COPA Integration: Map promotional spend to profitability segments, value field configurations
• P&L Impact: Understand promotional cost accounting, margin analysis, trade spend allocation
• Month-End Processing: Automate promotional accrual reversals, settlement postings, reconciliations
• Essential Business Knowledge:
• Trade Spend Accounting: Chart of accounts setup, promotional cost centers, internal orders
• Financial Reconciliation: Customer deduction matching, promotional liability management
• Budget Control: Trade spend budget monitoring, variance analysis, approval workflows
• Mandatory Technical Foundation:
• FICO Core: General ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting fundamentals
• COPA Configuration: Profitability analysis, characteristic derivation, value field setup
• Financial Reporting: Standard reports adaptation for promotional spend visibility
