Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) seeks an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join our Queretaro delivery center. You will support project goals, interact with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to teams while contributing to client success.

With 3-5+ years in consulting or industry, you will design and optimize Anaplan models, including modules, lists, line items, and dashboards. Strong English and FP&A experience are required; SAP/SQL/Power BI exposure is a plus.

• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan or similar financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platforms.
• Experience in designing and building financial models, working with clients, and managing projects.
• Experience in Anaplan implementation, configuration, and support.

Work you'll do / Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

• Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analysis
• Must have had 1.5+ years Hands on Modelling experience in ANPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.
• Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.
• Been introduced or worked with, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan.
• Ability to attend clients' requests to understand their needs and then develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models.
• Anaplan Certification (Preferable L3) or Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is a plus.
• Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients. Perform the User stories and assist in Sprint Planning
• Consultative, analytical, and strategic capability, always thinking about what's next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward.
• Participate in solution design discussions with key IT/Business partners to assess, develop and document requirements

Qualifications

• Preferred: Familiarity in financial Planning Reporting platforms, SAP, SQL, Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Access, and external systems.
• Preferred: Ability to debugging is helpful
