Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. in Guadalajara (Mexico) is seeking a Finance Functional Analyst with strong FI/CO integration to SD and MM. The role focuses on Controlling, Product Costing, COPA, and service-related processes such as Service Orders, Service Contracts, and revenue recognition.

Candidate should have extensive SAP experience across SD, MM, PS, and CRM, plus exposure to data archiving and BI reporting. 100% onsite in Guadalajara with English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FI/CO integration to SD and MM.
• Expertise in Controlling, Product Costing and COPA integration.
• Experience with SD, Customer Service, Contract, Plant Maintenance and Revenue recognition.
• End-to-end service business processes incl. Service Order and Service Contract.
• Knowledge of CATS processing and integration with service processes.
• Experience with CATS time input (CAT2) and CATS reports (e.g., CADO).
• Willingness to adapt work schedule for offshore/onsite engagement.
• Exposure to FI/CO rollout in Service Finance, Product/Manufacturing Costing, Profit Center, COPA.
• Knowledge in SD functions: Sales, Billing, Pricing, MM, Production Planning.
• Experience with BI/Business Objects/WEBi and Data Archiving.
• Experience in data conversion and SAP FI/CO end user delivery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; SAP CRM exposure is a plus.

MUST have

• Finance Functional Analyst with strong knowledge of FI/CO integration to SD and MM.
• Expertise in Controlling/ Product Costing and integration with COPA . Expertise in SD/ Customer Service SD /Contract as well as Plant Maintenance/ Customer Service Expertise in Revenue recognition processing and the different Billing models (Time Based, milestone Based / Variable Billing ...)
• Excellent understanding for the Service Business related business processes Excellent understanding of end to end system processes for the various Service related scenarios ( Service order + Service Contract) Knowledge and exposure to Project system Finance integration
• Knowledge of CATS processing and its integration with service related Processes/Transactions
• Experience in CATS user exit for time input (CAT2) and CATS report e.g. CADO Must be service minded and user oriented.
• Flexible: Must be willing to adapt the work schedule to allow offshore-onsite engagement. Nice to Have Several exposure to FI/CO rollout in the areas of Service Finance , Product Costing, Manufacturing Costing, Profit Center Accounting and COPA.
• Knowledge in SD function, Sales, Billing, Pricing, Materials Management and Production Planning
• Experience working with BI/Business Objects/WEBi

• Experience in participating and supporting integration testing cycle and ability to defect resolution for any problem identified
