A leading consulting firm is seeking a SAP Data Migration Coordinator & Validation Lead for a greenfield S/4HANA implementation. This role involves overseeing data migration activities, leading a team, and ensuring quality deliverables. Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, and be available to start on 1st September. The position is predominantly remote, with occasional travel within Europe.

SAP Data Migration Coordinator & Validation Lead - 13 months + ext.

Remote

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a SAP Data Migration Coordinator & Validation Lead to join them on a S/4HANA greenfield implementation.

The initial contract is until 30-09-2026 with a long-term scope.

This contract will be 90% remote with occasional travel within Europe and is to start on 1st September.

Responsibilities

• Steer all non-S4HANA Data Migration activities & align with mainstream activities on S4HANA.
• Coordinate all data cleansing activities (S4 & non-S4 alike) in legacy systems.
• Operate as a bridge between functional teams & the DM experts.
• Leverage last load info to define and monitor follow-ups with functions to cleanse data in legacy systems (iterative approach).
• Manage sub-team member deliverables to ensure validation milestones are achieved on time & with quality.

Specific Skills/Experience Required

• 5+ years experience coordinating SAP data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Background as a hands-on SAP data migration consultant.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing teams (both internal and via system integrators).
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
