A leading global technology company is seeking a Data Management Specialist to enhance data quality and manage customer master data migration. This role involves developing Power BI dashboards, implementing data transformations, and supporting ERP migration projects. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in data analytics, master data management tools, and excellent communication abilities. Remote working options are available along with relocation support.

Formación

• Proficient in MDG and similar MDM tools.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with S/4HANA.
• Strong functional knowledge of O2C and sales operations.
• Skilled in Databricks and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experienced in data migration strategies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Excellent communication in English with a proactive work style.

Responsabilidades

• Support integration testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Provide hands-on assistance during go-live and post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing & Quality Management
  • Develop Power BI dashboards based on defined KPIs and requirements
  • Implement data transformations using Databricks
  • Enhance DQ management through automation and AI-driven rule application
• Customer Master Data Migration
  • Support migration from R/3 to S/4 via the central data platform (Athena), in collaboration with the S/4 program, sales teams, local experts, and corporate services
  • Execute attribute mapping, data transformation, business rule application, and automation of migration processes
• Testing & Defect Management
  • Support integration testing, defect tracking, and resolution throughout the rollout lifecycle
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support
  • Provide hands-on assistance during go-live and post-implementation hypercare phases to ensure smooth transition and stability

Qualifications

• Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Proficient in MDG and similar MDM tools
• ERP & S/4HANA Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with S/4HANA programs
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Sales Processes
  • Strong functional knowledge of O2C and sales operations
• Data Analytics & Visualization
  • Skilled in Databricks and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Data Migration & Automation
  • Experienced in data migration strategies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication in English, proactive work style, and structured approach to problem-solving
