Westernacher Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Change Management professional with SAP project experience to lead organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives. You will collaborate with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8+ years in OCM or related fields, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 40–50%. A relevant degree and SAP experience are preferred. This is a contractor position starting September 2026.
