Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• SAP HCM ABAP with PA, OM, Payroll, and EC Integration
• SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
• SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central & SAP HCM Integration
• HR ABAP & CPI is a must.
• Nice to have Restful API Programming experience.
• Employee Central & SAP HCM Integration (BIB) expertise to handle integration projects.
• SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) Configuration.
• Expertise with bidirectional interface required: data replication from SF to HCM and data migration from HCM to SF.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements for BIB.
• Creating mapping sheets and logic with the functional team.
• Good knowledge and experience in BIB Mappings.
• Providing status reports to the business and tracking ongoing BIB work.
• Owning end-to-end technical delivery related to BIB.
• Collaborating with technical and HCM functional teams for delivery.
• Supporting local teams with EC configuration and prerequisites.
