• Experience in providing 2nd and 3rd level SAP support.
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting SAP environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Description:

The SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP issues and activities.
• Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment.
• Applying corrective actions from KBAs and SAP notes.
• System performance tuning.
• Updating and upgrading ABAP/JAVA systems.
• Planning SP updates/upgrades.
• Troubleshooting for disruption scenarios.
• Proposing service improvements and technical solutions.
• Supporting L2 team members.
• Active participation in technical meetings.
• Providing knowledge transfer.
• Implementing certificates.
• Handling system refreshes, exports, backups/restores, language, and application installations/uninstallations.

Skills mandatory:

Language requested: English at conversational proficiency, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
