Formación

• Conversational proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in SAP support (2nd, 3rd level) is important.
• Knowledge of technical environment setup and performance tuning.

Description:

• The SAP Basis Administrator for the below responsibilities:
• 2nd, 3rd level of SAP support to resolve issues and execute activities.
• Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment.
• Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes.
• System Performance Tuning.
• Update/Upgrade ABAP/JAVA systems.
• Plan a SP update/upgrades.
• Have troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios.
• Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customer.
• Support L2 members.
• Attend and participate actively in technical meetings.
• Provide knowledge transfer.
• Certificate implementation.
• System refresh.
• System Export.
• Backup/Restore knowledge.
• Language installation.
• Application installation/uninstallation.

Language requested:

English at conversational proficiency, should be able to understand/explain technical concepts.
