Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en implementaciones de Salesforce.com.

  • Proficiencia en inglés.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a equipos de ventas y funcionales.
  • Supervisar estimaciones de esfuerzo durante las fases de prueba.
  • Contribuir a la comunidad de práctica de Omega a través de liderazgo de pensamiento.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship focus on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

MAIN TASKS :
  1. Provide technical support to the sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the platform and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
  3. Detect and notify risks related to project/client profitability and ensure smooth progress regarding scope, schedule, and costs.
  4. Alert and anticipate deviations, ensuring technical objectives are met and standards are complied with.
  5. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases and collaborate on project demos.
  6. Ensure delivery of technical documentation and participate in the development and training of the technical team.
  7. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and suggest methodological improvements.
  8. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
  1. At least 3 years of experience in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer across various modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  3. Experience with agile methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in English.
