Join Our Team as an Application Support Engineer Remote in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Coahuila.

Are you an experienced Salesforce developer passionate about Marketing Cloud and troubleshooting? We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a remote setting within Mexico, with flexible and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT production issues
• Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure optimal system performance

What We Require:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Support L1 and L2.
• 3+ years of experience, Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Advanced English skills
• Proactivity, teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and commitment

Additional Requirements:

• Reside in Monterrey, Guadalajara,Coahuila or Mexico City
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting within Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Coahuila)

Location:
Remote work from Mexico- Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Coahuila. Candidates must reside in these areas.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
