The ideal Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant for Valtech is passionate about the experience revolution. This innovative individual looks to continually learn and enjoys sharing expertise. Strong verbal and written communication are a must. Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment, or in a consulting capacity is a plus.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Specialist you will work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, sustenance and/or operation Projects on your own or with the collaboration of other Marketing Automation team members.

The core focus of this position is to not only configure through Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and extended features but to be the main interface point with the client, defining the solution to be proposed, coordinating its construction and ensuring the quality of the final delivery.

Role responsibilities

• Configure core Salesforce Marketing Cloud products such as Email Studio, CloudPages, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Connect, Mobile Push, and Contact Builder.
• Implement and troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement account setup, including business units (BUs), users, roles and permissions, profiles, SAP, RMM, subscriber filters, SFTP, and Preference Center.
• Configure and define data models; Implement data quality processes.
• Implement integrations via FTP and MC Connect.
• Monitor, audit, generate reports, and analyze accounts.
• Collaborate in the configuration of extended Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, such as Marketing Cloud Personalization, Customer Data Platform, Account Engagement, Intelligence and Advertising Studio.
• Map business needs and available features, in addition to supporting the creation of blueprints for each delivery.
• Create user stories according to business requirements.
• Perform unit tests, gather evidence, and make adjustments to ensure that deliverables are aligned with user stories.
• Monitor launches, new products, feature updates and deactivations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
