We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist who thrives on complexity, loves automation, and wants to make an impact with campaigns that reach a large-scale and diverse audience.
As part of a cross-functional team supporting one of the industry’s leading brands, you’ll take ownership of the configuration, execution, and optimization of sophisticated multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and other SFMC tools.
What You’ll Do:
• Orchestrate sophisticated marketing campaigns using SFMC’s suite of tools (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and more).
• Act as a bridge between global teams, extending the coverage of our offshore marketing operations into US hours (up to 5PM EST).
• Keep the engine running smoothly by supporting design, development, QA, and deployment of marketing communications that are not just functional, but exceptional.
• Communicate campaign progress clearly and consistently via tools like Workfront, ensuring stakeholders are always aligned and up to date.
• Collaborate with a global team of marketers, developers, and strategists to bring ideas to life for a leader in its industry.

What You Bring:
• Proven experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: You’re comfortable with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and dynamic content.
• Strong understanding of digital campaign lifecycles—from ideation to execution and beyond.
• Confidence working with task management platforms (Workfront, Jira, or similar).
• A mindset of ownership, clarity, and accountability. You like making things happen, and making sure people know they happened.
• Strong English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
