Client: An American record label company that is a market leader.

Position: Salesforce Functional Lead: Marketing Cloud (Full-Time)

Requirements: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in managing all Marketing Cloud activities, including maintaining current processes, creating custom reports, and extracting email performance data via Data Views and Send Logs.
• Ingest Marketing Cloud data into Snowflake using S3. Knowledge of FTP, S3, SOAP, and REST APIs is required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with good conversational English skills.
• Work full-time from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with two daily meetings at the start and end of the day, collaborating with distributed teams in the USA and Europe.
