Job summary

Accenture in Monterrey area seeks a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions in a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions and participate in international projects.

Required: 4+ years in Salesforce development and configuration, proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and JavaScript; English and Spanish fluency; Salesforce certifications.

Salesforce Senior Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
• Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).

Certifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications:

Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Any other Salesforce certification

Required Experience

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
Strong proficiency in:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• SOQL
• JavaScript

Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.

Languages

Advanced English (written and spoken)
Fluent Spanish
