Experience Required in:

Salesforce Developer I / Salesforce AppBuilder certification is a plus.

Skills: Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce development is desirable.

Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related problems are essential. An intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required.

An intermediate level of understanding of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended. Proficiency in Service Delivery is advantageous.

Develop and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality.

Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
