Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience on Salesforce platforms, preferably Experience Cloud
• Strong experience in Apex and LWC
• Salesforce PDII certification
• Experience with CRM projects for middle market and enterprise companies
• Knowledge of complex system integration, object-oriented design, and development
• Skills in Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML)

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine requirements and participate in design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure and customize Salesforce.com platform
• Develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
• Participate in sales cycle activities (solution definition, pre-sales, planning)
• Produce tangible deliverables and support operational activities
• Engage in continuous improvement of application design and support
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting
• Review implementation work of less experienced developers and provide feedback
