Formación

• PMP certification is required.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Job Description – Senior Project Manager

Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale CRM transformation programs, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk mitigation, timeline tracking, and ensuring successful execution of complex, multi-million-dollar CRM initiatives. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer and organizational objectives.

Experience: The candidate should have 7+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, preferably with a proven track record of managing 8–15 member teams and delivering multi-million-dollar CRM programs. Experience in managing enterprise-level Salesforce programs, customer experience initiatives, and complex integration environments is expected.

Skills: The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud program management, along with domain knowledge of Entitlements and Customer 360, including contractual and transactional customer data. Hands‑on understanding of integrations across WXP, Neuron, Amplify, and MDG platforms is highly desirable. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, planning, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, agile delivery, vendor coordination, and executive reporting skills.
