Brillio is seeking a Salesforce professional to join a dynamic team driving digital adoption for Fortune 1000 clients. The role focuses on configuring Salesforce, documenting requirements, and supporting data management within an agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of Salesforce CRM experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills. Salesforce Admin certification is a nice-to-have qualification that would enhance capabilities in this

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, Lightning Experience, and reports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Support data management activities, including data imports, cleansing, and reporting.
• Create and execute UAT test scripts and participate in Agile ceremonies.
