AbbVie seeks a Training Coordinator to manage learning initiatives for the sales force. You will coordinate onboarding, certification, and ongoing training using AbbVie platforms, while generating reports and tracking progress.

Strong English, agile experience, and excellent communication are essential as you collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Compliance and HR to keep content current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Intermediate English (speaking and writing).
• Experience with agile software development and training platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training processes and projects for field personnel.
• Develop onboarding and certification for new sales teams.
• Administrate AbbVie learning platforms (ALC, AbbVie Campus).
• Generate continuous training reports and track completion.
• Diagnose training needs from field feedback and results.
• Lead in-person, virtual and hybrid learning formats.
