Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead 3-5 Sales technology projects from planning through delivery.

You will facilitate sessions, build plans, manage schedules and resources, track deliverables, and escalate issues with clear recommendations. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendors, and field stakeholders to align scope, adoption needs, and metrics, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans for both technical and non-technical

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMI CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, IT or related business.
• 3+ years supporting projects in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM or commercial tech.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, hybrid delivery models.
• Influence across cross-functional teams without direct reporting.
• Knowledge of PMI project management areas and methods.
• Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk and reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication across management levels.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms and related tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Manages 3-5 Sales technology projects from planning to completion.
• Partners with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT and vendors to clarify scope and success metrics.
• Manages project financials with forecasts, actuals, and budget tradeoffs.
• Coordinates resources, roles, meetings, and action items for delivery quality.
• Manages risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Supports vendor oversight and RFI/RFP activities aligned to project commitments.
• Adheres to enterprise PMO practices and captures lessons learned.
• Provides hands-on support for data validation, rollout logistics, and reporting.
