This role involves providing bilingual support, managing dealer relations, and training internal users. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in core management and exceptional communication skills. Job Description: Caterpillar Remanufacturing – Sales Support Specialist

Caterpillar Remanufacturing is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support dealer Core Return Processes. This position will provide support and training to our dealer network and internal users in the areas of remanufactured core returns, core inspection, crediting, process improvement, and logistics.

Location and Requirements
  • This position will work out of one of the following Remanufacturing facilities: Nuevo Laredo, MX; Corinth, MS; or Dallas, TX.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a requirement for this position.
  • Some travel required (less than 15% of working time).
What You Will Do
  • Global Support: Provide support to dealers and internal users primarily in South America and Mexico with backup support to dealers in any geographic region in the world.
  • Dealer Relations: Manage dealer relations and influence changes affecting dealer working capital and Reman parts operations.
  • Decision Making: Make decisions on dealer inquiries impacting core deposit refunds.
  • Core Acceptance: Interpret Core Acceptance Criteria for Reman exchange and direct purchase parts.
  • System Support: Support the use of Reman’s Core Management Information System (CMIS 2); maintain dealer customer profiles, process discrepancies, data analysis, and execute policy adjustments.
  • Training: Train dealers and internal users on CMIS 2 application, core return processes and policies.
  • Credit Discrepancies: Resolve customer credit discrepancies and provide final decisions on contested issues.
  • Administrative Support: Support internal core inspection operations. Assist in resolving logistics, transportation or compliance related issues.
  • Communication: Answer inquiries via email and phone and resolve core issues using Salesforce.com.
  • Core Analysis: Use various corporate systems for acceptable core analysis and ensure correct core credits are issued.
What You Have
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in core management support, core inspection, remanufactured product knowledge, product returns or international transportation.
  • Five years or more of job-related experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Summary Pay Range: $87,480.00 - $131,280.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary based on factors such as job level, location, knowledge, skills, performance and experience. Salary is one component of total compensation.
